1. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. Our team may contact you through WhatsApp or phone to confirm your order, size, measurements, and delivery details.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product images, colors, descriptions, and prices. Slight variations in color, fabric, embroidery, and handcrafted details may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.

3. Custom Measurements

For custom-sized or made-to-measure outfits, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Noori Designer cannot be held responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. We accept available payment methods including Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and other payment options displayed at checkout.

Orders requiring advance payment will only be processed after the payment has been verified.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery across Pakistan and international delivery where available. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier services, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Products must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition where a return or exchange is applicable.

Custom-made, personalized, altered, or made-to-measure outfits may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where the product is defective or an error has been made by Noori Designer.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

7. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, customization, or dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, logos, product designs, text, graphics, and other content on the Noori Designer website are the property of Noori Designer or its respective owners and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Website Usage

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use any part of the website for unlawful purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

Noori Designer reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary. Any changes will be published on this page.
